Question:
I teach a 6th grade REP class and I think they are getting bored! I want to do a fun project with them this week but can’t think of anything. With the age group I have, 11-12 year olds, there is a fine line between cool and baby-ish! The subjects this week are prayer and what difference does faith make in my life? Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Anyone have craft ideas for a 4 year old to do for his mom’s birthday present?

Question:
My sister has a 4 year old and a 2 year old that I babysit and I want to do a project for her birthday that the 4 year old can do with me. I just am stumped on what to do.

We did a scrapbook last year and she’s got frames galore of the kids. She loves to entertain but has very simple minimalist taste ie her entertaining items are all white or lacking in color for the most part. I thought about letting him paint a glass platter then bake it on but I don’t want it to be tacky.

I want something useful that won’t look like just another preschool art project. Any suggestions? And maybe something I can do in the $20 range? Thanks!

I have been asked to come up with some ideas for recycling several plastic lids. They are about 3.5″ wide and 1/2″ deep. Any art project ideas? Please help. Serious suggestions only please. Thanks!

I picked up these old wooden window shutters, though they don’t fit any of my windows I still want to transform them for other decorative use.
