I want to either teach preschoolers who are deaf or hard of hearing or help families with newly diagnosed deaf or hard of hearing children but I’m not sure what to major in. There is no BA at my school for deaf studies, but do you think I should major in early education and minor in deaf studies?

no. PUBLIC schools are for teaching literature, science (including evolution), math, history/geography, the arts, and other academic subjects.

but prayer…send your kids to a church based school for that.
i agree that children can pray whenever they want…just not as a whole class unless it is a church based school.

I sometimes think the teacher treats them like short adults instead of children. How do you feel? Please no parent or teacher bashing…it’s not nessasary.
