Question:
I am a credentialed teacher in CA and I want to open and own a preschool. I don’t know how to go about this … whether to start my own or to purchase a franchise.

I need advice and perhaps resources to read to understand this type of business better.

Thank you.

One Response to “I want to own a preschool – what do I do first and are there resources you would recommend?”

  1. there are websites that specially give services to this kind of issues-about childcare . they have a library of articles that can be very helpful to daycare givers/teachers, owners and supervisors.
it is a very helpful website.

It is very important to remember to check out your states licensing
requirements before you start developing your plans for this
    venture.

The state where you live will have some very specific rules that
you must comply with. You will need to be sure that you can pass
the inspection and provide all of the required documentation.
just Google ownadaycare. They offer a free mini course on starting daycare that can really help you.
